Quick Overview

The Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see when you login, it is an overview of all the committee sites you have access to. Watch Video

Project Overview

The Project Overview page lets you see what's late, what's due soon, what's just been posted or commented on, what's recently been finished, and when everyone who is involved in the project has last logged in. Each Committee has its own project page. Watch Video

Messages

Messages can announce updates, show design reviews, ask questions, solicit feedback, and more. Messages appear in reverse chronological order so the latest information is always at the top of the screen. Watch Video

Files

The Files page lists all the files that have been uploaded to a particular committee. Click the icon or name to download it. Watch Video

Milestones

The intranet lets you track important project milestones and note who is responsible for each one. Milestones are automatically categorized into late (shown in red), upcoming (shown in yellow) or completed (shown in green). You can add new milestones one at a time or up to 10 at a time.
