TEL Forms

Select the appropriate form below for the TEL Content Development 2007-08 Letter of Intent. For more information please refer to the 2007-08 Request for Proposals.

Form	Description
TEL Courses Form	Use this form if you plan on submitting a proposal for a Course.
TEL Programs Form	Use this form if you plan on submitting a proposal for a Program.
TEL Resourses Form	Use this form if you plan on submitting a proposal to develop a Resourse.

TIP - If you are filling in multiple forms that contain repetitive information, enter this information first then Save the form. Use the saved form as your new template and use the Save As function to generate each new submission.
